Pavilion Rehabilitation Center is proud to launch BreatheWell, a cutting-edge Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program dedicated to helping individuals with respiratory conditions regain strength, breathe more comfortably, and improve their overall quality of life. As the only post- acute facility on Cape Cod using advanced pulmonary diagnostic software, we are setting a new standard in respiratory care.
Our Clinical Leadership & Expertise
Our program is supported by a highly experienced interdisciplinary team led by consulting Pulmonologist Dr. Timothy W. Herrick, MD, FCCP, board-certified in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine, with clinical privileges at Cape Cod Hospital. Dr. Herrick brings over two decades of pulmonary expertise to our patients. He works alongside:

Pavilion is the only rehabilitation center on Cape Cod offering the ACPlus Respiratory Assessment (ARA) — a proactive software tool designed to detect pulmonary dysfunction early.
The ARA uses a spiroette (similar to a spirometer) to measure lung function and identify residents who may benefit from early intervention, even before symptoms escalate.
This early identification tool supports data-driven care planning, helping prevent unnecessary hospitalizations and optimize rehab outcomes.
