The comprehensive and nurturing care I received from the Physical and Occupational Therapy Departments was incredible. After each operation, I went to the Pavilion and stayed for two weeks. Each time I walked out on my own – without a cane, walker or wheelchair – and that is absolutely due to the fabulous expertise of the Rehab Department. The staff is so skilled, they are beyond compare.
— Roberta Duane, Osterville, MA
A huge Thank you to everyone at The Pavilion. I can’t say enough for the exceptional Rehab Department , caring and attentive CNA’s , Nurses, and Administrative staff, as well as the Maintenance and Household departments. Special kudos to the chefs. So unusual in a facility to have such tasty, healthy and nutritious meals (fruits and veggies) in a nice variety of choices. Dick’s stay at the Pavilion could not have been more rewarding and comfortable. You should all be proud of yourself for making The Pavilion is such a welcoming place. Thank you!!!

To all the wonderful Employees and Directors of the Pavilion: I have to write and tell you all what a great group you are. I was your patient on three different occasions and you had to practically throw me out. What a great name you’ve given to “rehab.” Keep up the great work. I miss you all.
— Hobart Tompkins, Hyannis, MA
I would like to thank all who helped me during my stay. They were very good with my healing. The nurses were very helpful and friendly, and the Rehab people were very good and also the PT. My legs got stronger so I was able to come home early!

This letter is for the wonderful and
dedicated people that got me where I am today. They did a great job with the patience the willpower they put into me. The chef is just the greatest chef you could have. Housekeeping is dedicated to their job. Everyone here reaches out to help. Thank you,

I was a patient in your facility from October 7 through October 21, 2022. I am writing to convey to you my gratitude for the excellent care I received.

Every member of every department, Nursing, Rehabilitation, Social Work, Patient Care, was unstinting in his/her professionalism and compassion. There is no doubt that my consistent progress in recovery, from day one, was directly attributable to the fine people who were at my bedside. Moreover, there is an attitude of genuine concern and pride in one’s efforts that is a rare gift in this world.

Please share my appreciation with your colleagues. It is so important that they Be recognized.

I have been trying to think of how to thank you all for your many kindnesses to me over my long stay on the 2nd floor. Now that I am home I am very aware of those who responded with smiles to my requests for help.

My stay at the Pavilion was made better by your quick response; your help with all my needs for attention;the excellent nursing care; the Physical therapy, the Occupational therapy all of which helped me to get around and then to be sent home.

I am listing some of you who were specially helpful but there were many more: Keisha; Miranda; Peter; Monique; Albert; Sheliah; and Sandyman; and many more! It does not take long for an old lady to forget names!

Please accept my gratitude . I think the Pavilion is a wonderful place.

As I prepare for discharge and am happy to be going home, I feel a little twinge of something like regret. What it is, is the safety you create here. Of course, I could see no value at first, of being up, fed, and dressed at 8:30 but I get it. Thanks especially to the hands on CNA’s. Thank you PT and OT for insisting on my best! And I finally accepted an invitation from the always welcoming life enrichment department!
I will try to stay away !! If I do accidentally make my way back I’ll be the one looking for a window and a yummy cheeseburger.
Thank you for everything,
— Kathleen Clarke
